Believe me it is not a fake but a impressive photoart by Fabrizio Melandri. Fabrizio Melandri - a professional photographer from Italy – was hunting the McNaught comet in South Africa. He stayed at Sunset Manor and was a wonderful guest. Thank you very much to Fabrizio that we can use this breathtaking image. The McNaught comet behind Lion’s Head in Cape Town …. Unbelievable!!!

I have been on Table Mountain several times. But this time it was a special day. Although during the end of the south african winter period we had a very warm day, the wind wasn’t blowing at all and we had this magnificant panoramic view to the Cape Point.

This picture shows the bricks outside of the prison on the Robben Island. The complete island was a prison where Nelson Mandela had to stay for 17 years of his life.
The contrast between the bricks and the beautiful Agarve in front means a lot for me. It shows how the prisoner had to be strong and emphatic about lifes beauty at the same time.
